1. How quickly will my order be delivered?

We ship most products within 1–2 business days. For some products shipped directly from our partners, the delivery time is up to 2 weeks. This is always stated with the product information.


2. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €60.00. Orders under €60.00 are shipped for a flat rate of €4.95.


3. Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. See our returns policy for more information.


4. Can I also pay for my order afterwards?

Yes, at Pet Party you can choose from various secure payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card and post-payment via Klarna.


5. How do I know if a product is in stock?

The current inventory status is always displayed for each product. If it's out of stock or has a longer delivery time, you'll see this immediately on the product page.


6. Are your products sustainable?

We're doing our best! That's why we choose sustainable brands and materials whenever possible. Not every product is completely sustainable yet, but we're continuing to develop our product range more consciously.


7. Which animals is Pet Party intended for?

We cater to dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. We may expand in the future!


8. Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from us by email.


9. How does the Pet Party savings program work?

With every order, you automatically earn points. You can redeem these points for a discount on your next purchase. Click the "Points" button in the bottom right corner to create an account and start earning points right away.
