Shipping Policy

Once Pet Party has received your payment, we will start processing your order.

• Products from our own warehouse will be shipped within 2 working days.
• Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In that case, delivery time may be slightly longer. We make clear agreements with our suppliers about this, but we have less control over the exact shipping time.

The expected delivery time is always stated with the product, so you know exactly what to expect.

Shipping costs will be charged for each order:
Netherlands: €4.95 per order | Free shipping on orders over €60.

Returns

We certainly hope you (and your pet) are happy with your order. But it can happen that a product isn't quite what you expected.

Don't worry—you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt . You'll be responsible for the shipping costs.

Returns are only possible if the product is unused and in the original packaging .
