Shipping Policy
Once Pet Party has received your payment, we will start processing your order.
- Ordered before 8pm on weekdays, shipped the same day.
- Due to production, bottle engraving may take a little longer. The estimated shipping time is indicated with the product.
The expected delivery time is always stated with the product, so you know exactly what to expect.
Shipping costs will be charged for each order:
Netherlands: €5.95 per order | Free shipping on orders over €60.00
Belgium/Germany: €6.95 per order | Free shipping on orders over €60.00
Returns
We certainly hope you (and your pet) are happy with your order. But it can happen that a product isn't quite what you expected.
Don't worry, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt . You'll be responsible for the shipping costs.
Returns are only possible if the product is unused and in the original packaging .
