Once Pet Party has received your payment, we will start processing your order.

- For standard products from our own warehouse, orders placed on weekdays before 20:00 will be shipped the same day. This usually means you'll receive it the next day.

- For personalized products, it may take up to 48 hours, but we also strive to ship these on the same day.

Shipping costs will be charged for each order:
Netherlands: €5.95 per order | Free shipping from €60.00
Belgium/Germany: €6.95 per order | Free shipping from €60.00

Returns

We of course hope that you (and your pet) are happy with your order. However, it can happen that a product is not exactly what you expected.

No worries, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs for this are at your own expense.

Returns are only possible if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
