Shipping Policy

Once Pet Party has received your payment, we will start processing your order.

For standard products from our own warehouse, orders placed before 8 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. This usually means next-day delivery.

- For personalized products this may take up to 48 hours, but we also aim to ship them the same day.

Shipping costs will be charged for each order:
Netherlands: €5.95 per order | Free shipping on orders over €60.00
Belgium/Germany: €6.95 per order | Free shipping on orders over €60.00

Returns

We certainly hope you (and your pet) are happy with your order. But it can happen that a product isn't quite what you expected.

Don't worry, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs.

Returns are only possible if the product is unused and in the original packaging.

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €60.00. Orders under €60.00 are shipped for a flat rate of €5.95.
Shipping to Belgium/Germany is free for orders over €60.00. Below this amount, we charge €6.95 in shipping costs.

3. Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. See our returns policy for more information. Except for personalized products, which cannot be exchanged (unless there's a production error), as they are personalized especially for you.

4. Can I also pay for my order afterwards?

Yes, at Pet Party you can choose from various secure payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card and post-payment via Klarna.

5. How do I know if a product is in stock?

The current inventory status is always displayed for each product. If it's out of stock or has a longer delivery time, you'll see this immediately on the product page.

6. Are your products sustainable?

We're doing our best! That's why we choose sustainable brands and materials whenever possible. Not every product is completely sustainable yet, but we're continuing to develop our product range more consciously.
